Teaching Faculty

At Bloom’s International School, Parachinar Campus, our educational framework is anchored by a highly accomplished faculty whose expertise drives academic excellence across all tiers. Our educators are well-qualified, holding Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in their respective subject areas, complemented by several years of hands-on teaching experience. This robust academic background ensures that our classrooms are led by professionals who possess deep subject-matter mastery and a genuine passion for cultivating student potential.

In our pre-primary section, the learning environment is deeply rooted in authentic Montessori teaching methods combined with the comprehensive Oxford curriculum, fostering early independence, sensory development, and foundational literacy. As students advance into the primary and junior sections (Grade 1 to Grade 8), our pedagogical approach transitions to learning-centred teaching supported by the rigorous Oxford Category ‘A’ curriculum. This structured progression ensures students build strong analytical skills, critical thinking capabilities, and conceptual clarity across all core subjects.

Presently, our high school section utilizes the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa curriculum, providing a strong regional foundation while the school actively prepares to introduce international and global curricula at the high school level.

To optimize instructional delivery across these upper grades, our teachers strategically implement Robert Gagne’s Teaching Model (the Nine Events of Instruction). By systematically capturing student attention, stimulating recall of prior learning, and providing targeted feedback, our faculty ensure that complex concepts are effectively mastered, empowering our students to excel academically and develop into confident, globally-minded individuals.
